Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website bermudezsystems.com and the sign-in area on it. Products with their own policy, such as Callbook, link to it from their pages.

What the website collects

The public pages are static. They run no analytics, set no cookies, and have no contact forms. Emailing us uses your own mail client, so nothing is collected until you choose to write.

The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, browser type, timestamp) for operating and securing the service. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us.

The sign-in area

The "Owner sign-in" link in the footer opens an internal console used by the owner of Bermudez Systems LLC to manage the firm's own invoicing. It is not offered to the public and no accounts are created for visitors.

Sign-in uses Google. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with the application, and Firebase Authentication records the email address and the sign-in time. The application uses the email address only to decide whether you are allowed in. Anyone not on its access list is refused and nothing else is stored about them.

Google's handling of your account is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with third parties.
• We do not run advertising or tracking pixels.
• We do not ask for, and the sign-in does not request, access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or contacts. Only basic profile and email scopes are used.

Retention and deletion

Sign-in records for a refused address are not kept. If you signed in and want your record removed, email us and we will delete it from Firebase Authentication.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with an updated date.
