PoolFlow

Routes and crews for field-service businesses: pool maintenance first, lawn care and other route work next. In beta, looking for its first customers in Puerto Rico. The technician opens a Today screen with the day's stops, a checklist per pool, photos, issues, extras, and skips. The owner sees a board across every crew, with the avisos that need a decision, in-app chat, day reports, and office billing that handles IVU sales tax.

Built to work with no signal on the route: every tap lands at once and is marked pending until the server confirms it. Roles for technician, supervisor, owner, and a shared phone. Spanish and English.

It is the same discipline as the fire-service platform in Case 02: work gets logged where it happens, and the office sees it without a phone call.

Callbook

A private tracker for door-to-door ministry: return visits, bible studies, service hours, and a map of who lives where. Built offline-first, so it works at the door with no signal. On iPad the agenda, the people list, and the report open in two columns.

Everything on the phone is encrypted with a key derived from the user's passphrase. That key never leaves the device, so the optional sync copy is unreadable to Google and to us. No analytics, no third-party SDKs, and nothing you write ever reaches our servers.
