Callbook
Eliminar tu cuenta
Desarrollador: Bermudez Systems LLC · App: Callbook
- se borra la base de datos cifrada del dispositivo, con todas las personas, visitas, cursos, territorios y horas;
- se borra la llave del llavero del dispositivo, así que lo que quedara en una copia del sistema deja de poder abrirse;
No me envíes tu contraseña.

Deleting your account — in English
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, without asking anyone
and without waiting. Developer: Bermudez Systems LLC. App: Callbook
(com.gabriel.agenda).
From the app
Open Callbook and go to Settings → Erase everything. It asks you to confirm, because it cannot be undone. Confirming will:
- erase the encrypted database on the device — every person, visit, study, territory and hour;
- erase the key from the device keychain, so anything left in a system backup can no longer be opened;
- delete your account from the identity service (Firebase Authentication); and
- delete the encrypted sync copy, if you had sync turned on.
The erase on the device always happens. Deleting the account on the server is best effort: if the phone is offline, or if you signed in a long time ago, the server can refuse it, and then the account still exists although your data does not. The app says so when that happens. If it does, email me and I will delete it.
Deleted is deleted. There is no trash, no grace period and no copy kept just in case: the password that encrypts your data never leaves your phone, so we could not read it back to you even if we wanted to.
Deleting your data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete the account to take your data off the server. If sync is on, the encrypted copy in the cloud is deleted on its own, from Settings → Sync between devices → Delete the cloud copy. The account carries on existing and your callbook stays on the device; what goes is the copy on the server.
Turning sync off, on that same screen, stops further uploads but does not delete what was already uploaded — two separate actions, deliberately.
If you would rather ask me, email support@bermudezsystems.com from the account's email address with the subject Delete my data. I delete the sync copy and confirm by email, usually the same day and within 30 days at the latest.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@bermudezsystems.com from the account's email address, with the subject Delete my account. I delete the account and its sync copy and confirm by email — usually the same day, and within 30 days at the latest.
Do not send me your password. I do not need it to delete the account, and it would not help: it is not stored anywhere.
What is left afterwards
Nothing that identifies you. Callbook has no analytics, no advertising, and sells or shares nothing. The only thing that outlives deletion is technical crash reporting (Sentry), which carries no name, no email address, no IP address and no contact, address or note from your callbook — only the kind of error and where it happened — and is kept for 90 days. A backup file you exported yourself to Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive is yours and stays where you put it; delete it yourself if you want it gone.
